Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product innovation pipelines
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Published author in futures studies or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
