As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies that will define the post-2025 landscape. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment priorities, and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI consciousness) to develop 2026-2030 strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future market disruptions to our innovation pipeline
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic labs and research institutions shaping tomorrow's breakthroughs
- Design organizational readiness frameworks for technological inflection points
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a future-thinking culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D planning, or emerging technology consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning work for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption and adaptation strategies
