As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and UN futurists to develop frameworks for sustainable, equitable, and exponentially scalable technologies. Your insights will directly influence $2B+ in R&D investments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning Framework, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for C-suite executives on emerging market opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and policy teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and DARPA for trend validation
- Design and execute global foresight workshops with stakeholders across 12 countries
- Author the annual 'State of 2026' whitepaper distributed to Fortune 500 leadership
- Oversee the Innovation Ethics Board to ensure responsible development of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level technology roadmaps with 5+ years at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum networks)
- Certification in Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and government bodies on transformative futures
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovations deployed in the past decade
