- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing company-wide R&D priorities
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation through internal hackathons and futurist workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global megatrends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate venture arms
