Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with market forecasts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Design scenario-planning models for technological adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting technologies like AI, biotech, or quantum systems
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong track record of translating complex trends into actionable strategies
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published work in technology forecasting or futurism
