Responsibilities
- Long-Term Visioning: Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps that align technological capabilities with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Quantum, Neural Interfaces) to assess feasibility and market impact.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the 'Future Tech' R&D division, piloting experimental projects and disruptive technologies.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex future scenarios to C-suite executives, investors, and board members in a compelling manner.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor trajectories to anticipate market shifts and identify strategic gaps.
- Policy & Ethics: Define ethical frameworks and compliance standards for future technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or advanced technology management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, IoT, and their projected evolution by 2026.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
