Key Objectives:
Our goal is to ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies by the year 2026. You will define the technical vision, assess risks, and oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-gen architectures.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan focused on AI, Quantum Computing, and Hyper-automation.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Audit current systems and design scalable architectures capable of supporting enterprise growth and novel tech stacks by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive innovation initiatives forward.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business units.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify potential technological risks and regulatory hurdles related to future tech adoption and implement mitigation strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D projects to validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, IT Architecture, or Engineering Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and emerging Quantum protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into clear, compelling business narratives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies quickly in response to market changes and technological breakthroughs.
