Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic systems and hybrid quantum-classical architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen quantum error correction protocols
- Develop implementation roadmaps for quantum-secure communication networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments for quantum-attack scenarios
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Present quantum infrastructure blueprints to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum cryptography or fault-tolerant quantum systems design
- Proficiency in Q#, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum networking
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
