Responsibilities

- Secure and manage $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor a team of 5+ quantum research scientists and engineers
- Publish 3+ high-impact papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Drive industry partnerships with Fortune 500 quantum adoption projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proven track record with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading multi-million dollar research initiatives
