Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and quantum circuit design
- Demonstrated success securing federal and corporate research funding
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing architectures
- Experience leading international research teams with 15+ members
- Proficiency in quantum simulation frameworks (Cirq, Q#) and hardware optimization
