Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9999% fidelity
- Create quantum-classical hybrid optimization frameworks for logistics and drug discovery
- Lead quantum security implementations post-quantum cryptography standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems integration
- Author quantum algorithm patents and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum complexity theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development with IBM/Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and surface codes
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Certification in Google Quantum AI or Microsoft Azure Quantum
