Responsibilities
- Lead quantum-AI algorithm development for 2026-era computational paradigms
- Architect hybrid quantum-neural network systems achieving 10,000+ qubit coherence
- Direct cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI specialists, and materials scientists
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction protocols for commercial deployment
- Establish industry standards for quantum-AI security frameworks
- Secure $20M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA initiatives
- Pioneer quantum machine learning applications for climate modeling and drug discovery
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI convergence
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record leading $10M+ research initiatives
- Mastery of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into commercial prototypes
