Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Product Vision, aligning it with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the Product Roadmap development, prioritizing features that drive growth and market differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Manage the product budget and ensure resource allocation maximizes ROI.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Drive the Go-to-Market strategy for new product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex software products.
- Strong understanding of AI integration and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the SaaS or FinTech industry is highly desirable.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
