Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI integration and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify market gaps and innovation opportunities
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting tech adoption post-2025
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks governing emerging tech
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
