Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovation frameworks for enterprise transformation

- Measure and scale innovation KPIs using advanced analytics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong data analytics and AI/ML implementation background
