Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology roadmap
- Analyze emerging quantum/AI trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into scalable commercial applications
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical deployment of next-gen technologies
- Present innovation vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard/MIT/IEEE)
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
