Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing product concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product management with proven track record in future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market
