Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with sustainable development goals
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into organizational strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and societal shifts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies (2018-2023)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives delivered to market
