Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and leadership teams to align on future vision
- Produce trend reports and white papers that influence industry discourse and investment decisions
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development priorities
- Represent company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning methodologies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
