Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles within tech/pharma
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte TMT)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Portfolio of launched products/services with >$50M impact
