Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation projects
