Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging sectors
- Analyze patent landscapes and competitive intelligence to inform R&D priorities
- Produce scenario-based models for technological adoption and market impact
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and commercialization success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting market trends and technological disruption
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP)
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills (Python, Tableau)
