- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging market disruptions and geopolitical tech shifts to inform strategic positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles across all initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists through quarterly horizon-scanning workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 3+ emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ successful technology commercializations with >$100M revenue impact
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit) and Python
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking from World Futures Federation or equivalent
