- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and emerging technologies

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum strategic impact
- Mentor emerging innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
