Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech initiatives
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in sustainable energy and personalized healthcare
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists in future forecasting and scenario planning
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., INNOV8, CIMP) preferred
- Portfolio of past innovation projects with documented ROI
