Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify 2026-relevant innovations
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Design and validate prototypes for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Coordinate with R&D teams to accelerate breakthrough technology development cycles
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify market potential and ROI projections for futuristic technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
