- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Mentor a team of 8-12 innovation specialists and junior strategists
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
