Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in AI regulation and climate tech
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven scenario planning
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused workshops
- Manage R&D budget allocation for breakthrough initiatives
- Partner with universities and research labs to identify patentable innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning within tech or consulting (Big4 preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies (e.g., CFIP)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio of implemented innovation projects
