Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation pipelines
- Present future trend analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future business models
- Produce quarterly '2026 Horizon Briefs' for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic deliverables
