Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-encrypted AI networks and biocompatible interfaces
- Drive cross-disciplinary innovation by collaborating with robotics, materials science, and neuroengineering teams
- Develop scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system governance
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos, CES, and IEEE Global conferences
- Mentor next-generation talent through our Future Fellows program
- File 3+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years in high-impact R&D
- Proven track record of leading teams that delivered patent-pending AI/quantum innovations
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and autonomous system governance (e.g., IEEE 7000 series)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate research grants
- Published research in Nature, Science, or ACM journals (h-index > 15)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive/board experience
