- Translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Foster an innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Strong financial acumen with innovation budget management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
