Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformation scenarios
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology foresight with demonstrated 2020-2025 impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing applications, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovation initiatives with measurable market impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Certification in emerging technology assessment (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
