Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Anticipate global socio-economic trends and translate insights into strategic business opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical technology integration in enterprise environments
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for sustainable development challenges
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption patterns
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
