Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for our 2026 technology roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive research on future market trends to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Oversee the development of our Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Mentor junior engineers and strategists in future-tech methodologies.
- Manage the budget for experimental projects and ensure high ROI on innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, IoT, and Autonomous Systems.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
