Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles

- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, carbon-neutral systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO) or equivalent
