- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for collaborative research initiatives
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks for emerging technologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Future Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technological forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFTe)
