- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through investor pitches
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations
- Present quarterly breakthroughs to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling R&D initiatives to market launch
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience securing $3M+ in venture capital or corporate funding
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed journals
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
