Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab with $10M+ annual budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful enterprise-scale products
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Deep network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global expansion initiatives
