Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies with 7+ year ROI horizons
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for AI and biotechnology applications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting (quantum computing, AGI, climate modeling)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
- Experience with DARPA/NASA innovation frameworks
