Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Identify and partner with emerging startups, research institutions, and venture capital
- Develop frameworks for ethical adoption of frontier technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or corporate strategy with proven 2025+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Track record of launching successful moonshot projects with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA with innovation focus
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture and research ecosystems
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term innovation cycles
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
