Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market deployment for 2026 technology roadmap
- Direct cross-disciplinary teams in AI, biotech, and renewable energy integration
- Develop patentable solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder alignment and ROI modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative R&D
- Present quarterly innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in agile methodologies and future-tech ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling solutions from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
