Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-2030 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead $50M+ R&D portfolio across 3 continents
- Secure 5+ strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Drive patent development (target: 15+ filings annually)
- Mentor 10-person innovation lab of PhD researchers
- Present to C-suite and board quarterly with 99% confidence metrics
- Develop sustainability frameworks for all new tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven ability to secure $20M+ in venture capital
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (global expansion focus)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations
