Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Strategic planning with experience in 5+ year roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting
- Prior experience with cross-functional team leadership
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- MSc/PhD in relevant STEM field preferred
