Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ researchers and engineers to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government grants for frontier technology projects
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable innovation practices across all initiatives
- Mentor junior talent and build a world-class innovation culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable innovation impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives and government agencies
- Published research in top-tier journals or major tech conferences
- Deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
