Responsibilities
- Design and prototype next-gen systems integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams across 3+ international locations
- Develop patent-pending architectures for 2026-era human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Curate partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research labs
- Author white papers cited in Science and IEEE Spectrum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives with $50M+ budget oversight
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Expertise in neuromorphic engineering and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Track record of launching 3+ commercialized technologies
- Security clearance preferred (DOD/Level 3)
