Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Initiative's strategic roadmap across 5-year product development cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams of 50+ specialists in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Secure $50M+ in annual funding through stakeholder negotiations and ROI projections
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring impact on carbon reduction and quantum advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech consortiums
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years managing $100M+ initiatives
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI programs from concept to market
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Top 1% performance in advanced system architecture assessments
- Global speaker credentials at Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt, or similar
