Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap, specifically focusing on the trajectory leading into 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations, regulatory shifts, and market opportunities.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Prototype & Vision: Conceptualize and prototype future-state solutions to validate hypotheses before full-scale implementation.
- Risk Management: Assess potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitor strategies to maintain our market leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and IoT as they relate to future market applications.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility in navigating rapid technological change.
