Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of emerging technologies, including generative AI, immersive interfaces, and autonomous systems.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats.
- Pilot Programs: Design and execute proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizons) and execute strategic plans with precision.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: High tolerance for ambiguity and a passion for solving undefined problems.
