Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the company's 2026 strategic vision and long-term roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and trend forecasting to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Design innovative frameworks for future scalability and digital transformation.
- Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
- Oversee the execution of pilot programs and innovation labs for future technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of defining roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and the Internet of Things.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
