Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation investments with market evolution
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce automation and ethical AI governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions including brain-computer interfaces
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic trends impacting technology adoption timelines
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist task force across global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futurology, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruption (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR adoption curves)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural network architectures
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published research on future technology ethics or human-machine augmentation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
